These days Sri Lanka is topping the list on all travel destinations. Every time we visit Sri Lanka, I see drastic improvement and, of course, the cost of living is hiked up as well. We generally base ourselves in Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka and visited couple of other towns, such as Batticalo and Trincomalee.
Our major/only problem was how we would digest the first meal to eat the next...did we need such a problem? Go figure! Here are pictures of the boutique resort we stayed in Batticalo called "Malu Malu" with great food morning, noon and night.
